Just wanted to get an update on my ticket #:210515-001096
its been well over a week now and i havent gotten any email or update on this. Is this ticket # still active or do i have to submit another?

    thanks for reaching out, I replied to the email you regarding #210508-000300 but i got an email back saying it is closed. I have submitted a new ticket which is #:210526-002892 Not sure if this one will be closed too. Please let me know if theres something else that i can do to resolve this.

    I could just be misunderstanding you here, but I believe you're mistaking the "We will assume your issue has been resolved if we do not hear from you within 96 hours (4 days)." message for something like "we're not doing anything about this, and goodbye forever!" :P

    (This happens to people a lot; they think things are closed/ignored/etc, but in reality you just aren't getting past the bouncer (so to speak) if they don't reply to ZOS' automatic reply emails a time or two.)

    You probably fall into more of the "If your issue has not been resolved, you can respond directly to this email. We look forward to working with you again should you need us!" category, so just keep replying to the emails until you get things taken care of.


    By opening another ticket with another number, you've just kind of reset your "progress" with the original, I believe. You generally wanna stick with your original ticket until your issue is handled or they threaten you with legal action if you don't stop harassing them (kidding... kinda). Just keep replying if you feel things aren't finished.

    But I'm just some random dork on the interwebs, so take all that with a grain of salt as they say. Perhaps @ZOS_Adrikoth can help further. I've also seen @ZOS_BillE and @ZOS_KaiSchober step up and help people with tickets that fall through the cracks in similar situations.


    And of course I could just be misunderstanding the situation entirely. Feel free to ignore me if this post is totally irrelevant! :D

    Sorry to bother again, is this ticket still active? Still haven't gotten any email or reply yet. Really need to get my account resolved.
