about 3 days ago i was preparing for my vbrp run with my friends. so i went to the guild trader to buy some potions and i finds out that i can't browse their store and my only choice was say goodbye to them and end the conversations. and i can't whisper to other people or trade directly with them too. my friends told me maybe i got social banned and that causes this problems.

since i live in south korea and if i want to talk with my other korean firends who plays this game. i have to use pchat and some other chat/mail related addons because i can't type korean language without it. but sometimes the bot detect you and convince him self that you are spamming bs in game and decide to social ban you. it happens a quite a lot of time to other koreans or asians players who play this game outside of america. and i should contact zos by sending my tickets to them and they will solve this problem. so i told them that apparently i have been social banned and can you tell me what causes this problem and un ban me but their only response was auto created "if you bought items in game and you can't receive it check your inbox and if it's not in there just wait for it" lol
