On March 15th, 2021 I purchased the Blackwood CE which says it comes with previous editions. Everything has worked fine. Today I login and it tells me I need to buy Greymoor again. I can scry or travel to Skyrim anymore and the collector mount I received at purchase is gone from my collections (the dog with the red eyes). I sent an in game ticket. I reset my Xbox. This is extremely frustrating they take $64, I pay them every month, and buy crowns. Now it would like me to buy something I have already bought. Is there anything I can do? Has anyone else on Xbox series x experienced this? Any help would be appreciated.
