Can not refine any raw materials

Today my character can not refine any iron ore. Even though I had 100 iron ore, the blacksmith says I have zero ore.

Kanchoe✭Try repairing your client. This fixed the issue I had. Hopefully they add this suggestion to their automated support responses in the future.
