What is a good spec for a Warden Healer? Mainly for BGs and IC. I've never played a healer in PVP really so any insane is welcome. Also what is a good gear setup

As a rule of thumb, EVERY warden is a perfectly capable healer, regardless of the spec. It's more a matter of attitude. A normal PvP group warden could queue as healer for a random undaunted dungeon without any changes or problems.
As you mentioned Battlegrounds and IC, you seem to tend towards a Small Scale oriented healer. In that case you really SHOULD be a STAMINA Warden as Magicka Wardens generally need larger group sizes to be effective.
For the Equipment, please note that it only works again with the upcoming patch.
1) Sets
Coldharbour's Favourite (Heavy) backbar, including a FROST Staff.
Curse- Eater Set
Vateshran- Twohander OR Malacaths Band of Brutality + BRP Dual Wield
Earthgore Or Balorgh
Explanation: due to the proc sets I recommend, not only do you burst heal your targets, you also cleanse negative effects and apply 5-7k HoTs.
Support skills:
Wall of Frost, Ice Fortress, Overflowing Altar; if you have magicka problems, replace Ice Fortress with Balance. Balance has the additional benefit that it allows you to use the skill Efficient Purge, so you could replace the Curse Eater set in that case with Powerful Assault.
Damage skills:
at least SubAssault, an executioner skill depending on your weapon choice, Cutting Dive (combine it with a Heavy Attack for a Stun on your backbar), Dawnbreaker of Smiting.
3) playstyle
Don't stay back! You are more or less required to play a main DD role for the charge, then switch to a more healer oriented playstyle when someone needs help, then immediately attack again when you HoTs are ticking.
