I play on both servers every day, if only to do crafting writs. But as far as actual questing, I tend to focus on one or the other, playing on one for a fee days, then alternating to the other for a few days.
On PC EU I'm going slower, trying to proceed in the proper order except for things like doing enough of the zone's questline to unlock that zone's dailies for an event.I've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me!1 -
