Is the "Well Fed" bonus a real thing?

Is there supposed to be a well fed bonus? I got one and don't know how? I can't seem to repeat it. It was 15 min and worth like 600 stam recovery. My poor test cat just ate like 30 meals and somehow she isn't well fed.

remember, if your cat is like garfield, you need to feed him lasagna, otherwise he never will be well fed

Did you talk to an NPC shortly before noticing this?

I did not. (Edit: It's possible I talked to the vendor. That's the lady vendor, not the cat vendor.)

I was at the psijic house trying to test traits, gear and all that. There were massive stat inconsistencies and so I wanted to test to see if anything mattered at all and used the crown store scroll to clear my attributes. Then I tried some combination of jewel of misrule, lava foot, a green stam drink and maybe ozorga with the stam regen. Then I had a well fed buff and I had the stats for what I think was both lava foot and the green stam regen drink. I was at around 2600 stam regen with no stam set bonuses and only one 169 stam regen glyph + Khajiit. When it ended, I tried everything to get it back and couldn't.

Probably the trail dummy buffs? They get applied for 30s or so.

Could this have been from something like the Bone Pirate's Tatters 5-piece bonus?

I got the well fed bonus on Friday (on PS4 live), I'm not a vampire or in Bone Pirate. I know it was when I accidently drank a bottle of Qualua that I had split from a stack, but know idea what any other criteria may have been to trigger it

I only ever seem to get it from drinks and not food. But it's seemingly random; I can't seem to figure out what causes it.

I thought that it was the case where you have to eat food and then immediately eat a drink but it doesn't seem to work like that. Or, at least, not with the specific foods and drinks I was consuming, perhaps.
