I bought the game from here, however it's not showing up in Purchased Games for me to download.

Okay so a few hours ago I bought the standard edition of the game. It says in my billing info I have bought the game, I also received an email of confirmation I had bought the game, when I click the link redirecting me to the manage subscription URL I receive a message stating I DO NOT OWN THE GAME.

I bought the game directly from the Elder Scrolls Online Website, in the support section it says my game will automatically be activated without me having to enter a redeem code since I bought the game from the site directly. However this is not the case as I do not have the game download anywhere in my account.

For further information, I did participate in the beta event and I downloaded the Beta on a different computer. My billing history says I have had the beta, and I have the Standard Edition for 59.99 however there is no games showing up under "Purchased Games"

I sent an email with my Order# and Product, I was redirected to these forums with no assistance on my issue. I feel I have went above and beyond what I should have done, and I expect an immediate assistance to resolve this issue.

Also, since I have not been given the option to even download the game after purchasing it, I do not expect my 30 day access to start until I have downloaded and installed the game as I have had no way of even obtaining the game yet.

other than working with customer service I cant really reccomend anythign excepting to insure you dont have two accounts and the purchase went on the other one.

I've already filled out a phone ticket, I only have one account, which I downloaded the beta on, and have bought the game on.

You should have made a separate account and attempted to transfers your beta stuff at a later time

Woulda, shoulda, coulda, doesn't solve anything for me. If you are not with the website can you please not post on my thread.

No where, was I told I had to make an entirely different account aside from my original one I made to get the beta with. Even if this is the case I still expect something to be done about this immediately.

You will have to wait jsut like other with problems as well. You can try pinging mods of the moderaters here by posting the @ZOS_JessicaFolsom That sometimes helps. You could also try calling but I hear the wait times are pretty long but with the bots problem being better maybe the waittimes are going down. Good luck to you

I can't help with your current problem, however, you can use the beta version. Just load it up and patch it while you are waiting for help. I am sorry it won't let you make a subscription.

The beta version was downloaded on a separate computer that I do not own anymore, also it was completely removed from that computer anyways as it was wiped clean.
