7.0.3 Stygian Set Effect not working (Still broken as of 7.0.4)

I have it double barred, I have tried it in and out of combat, I cannot seem to get this set to work at all on the current PTS cycle.
As of 7.0.4 it works each time you switch zones until you swap weapons. Please fix this before it goes live!

Chriagon✭✭✭Battalion Defender and Leeching Plate didn't work either for me.when I tried PTS 7.0.3 two days ago. I thought it's my fault somehow but maybe it's a bug.0 -
BrentBlemish✭✭✭✭Deadly 5 pc set is still falling off randomly and Lava-Foot recovery falls off almost any time you die, port, or reloadui.
I really really hope these bugs dont make it to live. They arnt little bugs. These are huge bugs. Big Ol' booty bugs. Thick boi Bugs.1
