Starting a new Toon on PTS using Max Template is broken! (Now fixed!)
I decided to start a new toon on the PTS using the Maximum Blackwood Template and when I tell the game to skip the tutorial, I end up at the beginning of the tutorial with no way out of the prison cell. It is totally broken. Tried it twice and got the same results. Ok we can deal with this. There is going to be patch maintenance tomorrow so hopefully that will clear this issue up. I will wait until then before posting any more about this here.

cyberjanet✭✭✭✭✭That's interesting. I usually take the option of doing the tutorial with the maxed character, in order to see how it goes, but it always skips the tutorial and puts me at the beginning of the new content in incredibly ugly armour.Favourite NPC: Wine-For-All

If we get a character wipe on this patch round I have decided to stick with my NA Server toon. I wanted to try out what it is like to be fully maxed out and I may still do that in the future. All depends on what takes place with this patch maintenance and I agree about the starting character armor. My toon that was stuck in the prison cell was wearing some kind of red colored Argonian style medium armor. Pretty ugly looking and I had containers in my inventory that had pretty much everything in the game. I am not so sure I want to play that way. I didn't even think about doing that. I was like what is going on here. Is this broken? If the main questline starts up when you land at the Wayshrine then all would be well. Very good work around this issue.0

Yep I have one. I also own more than one account because I was totally oblivious to the fact you can have 9 characters on a single account. Ugh. I had to smack myself for that one. LOL. Well anyways it will all work out I am sure. I have been checking the launcher for the download periodically this morning but nothing yet has appeared. My guess being that we have a good bit of time left until Live Release is that we will get a character wipe this time. Last time they just left the EU accounts active until the start of all things concerning Blackwood.0

Well I was wrong. We did not get a character wipe so that influenced my decision to try the Maximum Template again and this time I started the game at a Wayshrine just outside of Leyawiin and the Guard who starts you out is waiting right there for you so all is good on that account. This will take us into live server release. From reading other posts in other topics there isn't much else to test. So I am going to just enjoy playing with a maxed out character for a change.0
