When in fact the dog quest was removed and the NPC is not there anymore but if you go to the blacksmith station you will hear the NPC talk about "the damn dog probably wants a handout" over and over and over up to the point where you throw your keyboard at the screen and go mental

This is actually a bunch of people botting and exploiting the zombie spawn. It's not just a minor annoyance, it's a symptom of a real problem. Like dcba there, swinging into the air endlessly. Along with others like the level 1, veteran ranked master wizards. *** needs addressed, this game is beyond broken in so many ways.

I had Mannamarco randomly shout, "Where is the Amulet of Kings?!" At me when I was nowhere near the Harborage or its associated quests.

I found it amusing. Like he was following me around shouting it at me like my character knew, or gave a crap.

Eastmarch.. city.. go to the blacksmith and hear a male and a female gossiping about dark elves every 30sec. Horribly designed atm. Mix it up but not play the SAME LOOP ALL OVER AGAIN!

Daven's Watch bank manager needs to take a chill pill.
He threatens everyone who goes over the counter, that he will call the guards.
I was actually hoping that's exactly what would happen, providing some sort of entertainment - nothing like an honest brawl between folks.
But no, all he does is shout his mantra.

Damn it.. Walk from the bank in Riften to the Alchemy hall, hear "it's here" 8 times. The walk is not that far. Why do so many NPC's have to continually spam this same saying. 'F' Report NPC 'Spamming'.
