sorry for making a second threat about this but i cant bump my other topic for some reason,

the reason i am doing this is because i got contacted by cs, to give them a time as to when i will be online to finally sort the issue.

in about 5 minutes a gm should arrive, but looking at posts with the same issue, i really want to make sure that my response got through.

so if you could just make sure that i am indeed going to receive help, that would be awesome.

    20 minutes have passed now, in my response i said 22.30 and i included my local time,

    can any cs staff please make sure that i'm actually getting the help i was promised.

    First of all, I would like to apologize for the big delay in getting back to you. It's really unacceptable that you have had to wait so long for help, and I'd like to get you squared away ASAP. I know what the issue is with your character, and would like to have a GM clear the effect off of you. What time is convenient for you? Please let me know so we can meet in game and get this problem fixed.

    Thats confusing, are you saying thats what you were sent just now? Anywho the other guy with a similar issue said he received a phone call and was told to login and they corrected for him immediately, of course this was after 6 days of inability to play.

    no this is the email i received about 7 hours ago, 1 houre to go and i'm having this issue for 7 days now.

    my other topic that has been on this forum for 7 days cant be bumped to the first page for some reason so im just getting ignored by cs.

    I have had the same issue on my main, a few times.. in coldharbour it was. I died, clicked rezz at nearest Waypoint, died instantly again, rezzed and it worked. But that second death .. is a bug. And if you are in a death-loop, even more buggier.. fix!

    I feel for you melodeath.

    ESO is a good game, sure it has a lot of bugs and gameplay issues but its a new MMO. The gameplay problems will be sorted out as patches are released.

    However the standard of customer support is disgraceful. My email inbox is spammed constantly by ZOS when ever I report RMT or botters, which is alot. Even people replying to forum threads I have bookmarked results in email spam.

    Yet when you have a real issue that needs resolving its almost impossible to get a reply from customer support.

    I hope you get fixed soon. You have a lot more patience than I would have in your situation.

    hmms, zos-michella contacted me here and said she will ask a (gm?) to help me
    but that was about an houre ago, i replied twice but im not getting an answer back.
    and no one showed up in game either

    i'm happy to say that it has been taken care of and got extra game time aswell.

    the joy of beeing able to play again was worth the the effort if trying to get it solved.

    I admire your perseverance, I'm not sure I would have been able to stick it out so long. Glad you finally got sorted out.

    if you show enough perseverance, and if the issue is reasonable, its realy easy to get some of these issue resolved eventually and get some pluses at the end for your trouble. The customer support really doesn't care too much about a a day or 2 of game time and some gold for your trouble.

    Glad to see you eventually got this issue fixed.

    You have a LOT more patience than I would have had.
    Yeah, I got a PC. I just don't feel the need to post it's specifications for an ego boost.
