Can Login To Site But Not Game & No Help....

So today I can't login to the game and any time I get any responds from support their just copy and pasting:

"You will need to redeem your Physical Edition code that is located within the box through your account online. After this, you will need to submit subscription verification information to activate the game code. Once everything is verified, you will be able to log into the game client.

Thank you for your continued interest and support!"

I have even said in my messages to support that I have already redeem my physical edition code that is located within my box on 4/4/2014 and also setup my subscription and had it all verified on 4/4/2014 So why can't support actually help me instead of sending me the same message back every time.

I been playing the game since beta and had no issue and the only thing I can see maybe that caused it is on 4/10/2014 I bought the Imperial Edition Upgrade cause I only had the standard edition bought.

If anyone has an idea on how to fix this I appreciate it.

Question Reference # 140424-067560

I have yet to hear from this specialized department and am starting to wonder what is going on that is not letting me play the game. I haven't gotten any messages or anything to say I have a banned or suspended account or done anything for that to happen.

I am also wondering for anyone else who got the standard edition of the game does it read 4/4/2014 Digital Standard Edition in your billing history even if you got a physical copy as I do and if not could that be the issue.

    Good luck to you man sorry to say it may take you some time Support tends to take there sweet time i've been trying to log in all day today but cant do to the game crashing every time i try to log in. What i got was some one from support telling me to try the same old stuff they always say, try this or try that then asked me for the char name and security question so they could move him to a safe spot so i could log in. Well i sent the info did they do what they said they would? Hell no they didnt.

    Thanks for your insightful message Malidon I still can't login to play and hope someone knows a way to fix this. I tried changing my password to see if that would help but it still says my login info is incorrect.

    Can you provide a screenshot, or any error you are getting? It would be extremely annoying, since the game is so large, but you might just want to remove the game client and reinstall it from scratch. Should you have to do this, no the game should be stable enough. Unfortunately is it something that is happening right now, yes.

    So an Update I have reinstalled the game and even changed my password again. It still continues to give me the above image when I go to login to play the game. Has anyone had this issue and been able too fix it? If so please message me or post here how to do it.

    Try disabling your firewall and try again.

    Yeah but you can login still I can only login to the site I can't login at all for the game.

    I just wish it let me login I would never log out again if that is the only way for me to be able to continue playing

    Did you ever get this message yet, "our specialized department in order to be further investigated" I got that last night and haven't heard anything more from support or from this specialized department about ready to use their phone option cause I am getting sick of waiting around and having my friends and pals basically go on further in the game without me.

    Yes and I applied it too my account and it is showed in my billing history
