    Nah, I wrote in the original rip pc eu thread too. Apparently, nothing seems to have changed, sadly. I really don't understand how hard it could be to actually fix at least some of these problems...

    @Madhojo If you bothered to check the original thread I linked to, the one the mods closed because it was "too old", you'd see that this has been a problem for PC/EU since U24/Dragonhold and the Witches Event of that year. So we got you "beat" by about a year and a half.

    In fact that other thread had been alive and well for those 18 months, only once falling for the 1 month necro rule of the forum. Playstation and XBox players have my deepest sympathies, but this is not a new issue for PC/EU in any way, shape or form.

    A lot of us would appreciate at least some time frames on that tbh.

    Upd: A min after eu server proclaimed in yellow "in about 10 min". Cash shop is down, seems it's the reason for such an emergency lol

    While that would be extremely nice, I imagine it might not be possible with an unplanned maintenance, since they might not know the exact cause. And as we all know, sometimes even a planned maintenance goes beyond the expected timeframe.

    That said, I'm sure they're just as eager as we are to get the server back up again. I was hoping to get on, too, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it won't take long for them to do/fix whatever it is they need to do/fix.

    This is most distressing, mostly because when PC EU goes down, i invariably end up getting banned from the forums.

    Please fix your servers so that i dont have to get banned from the forums again. I really do not like it when that happens.

    thats basically the most distressing part. we had a malfunctioning overheating server on my job few weeks ago and eta for diagnostics we were given by the hoster was 2 days.

    Yeah that was what I was wondering. Like, we could really use that new hardware, because the current servers appear to be giving up the ghost, so to speak.

    Well, the main reasoning for the new servers was the increased chance of failures for the old. It seems they were right at that.
