Lordy. Not only wrecked the procs, they ruined the new Mythics, lol.
Irony, which class is best situated to leverage the new proc model? Sorcerer.

They've reduced the damage by 44%.

No substantive changes to companion effectiveness or appearance options.

Does ZOS even play the game? Like honestly. Stamina already has the better tools, weapon skill lines and defensive capabilities in PvP and now their proc sets hit harder on top of that because Medium Armor just grants them way more Weapon Damage?
Balance team, hello?
There's going to be a small handful of broken PvP builds that stomp everything else. At least with the nerfs to Crimson and Gaze of Sithis, they've shown they're willing to try to fix it.ClawOfTheTwoMoons wrote: »How are they killing build diversity? PVP is played by a very vocal minority. In PVE, which is where the biggest chunk of the playerbase resides, they're killing builds that aren't 100% dedicated to dps/heals/tanking, which removes nearly all fun aspects the game had to offer. I reckon ZOS will change the slogan to "Play Our Way" when Blackwood hits.

Let’s be honest here though: where in PvE do you need these builds? They’re mostly not good enough for veteran content and in normal content you really don’t recognize the nerfs because it’s so easy.
These changes only really affect you in PvP and, if you really used this niche builds, in hardcore PvE.

Ah ? STRONGER ? When on average it heals for less than half compared to the other skills ? And it only moves in a straight line slowly when all the other healing skills can be moved whenever, wherever and at a distance ?Healing Orbs (morph): Increased the healing per tick of this morph by approximately 38%. This will result in less total healing overall but will still be stronger than most other AoE HoTs due to its mobile nature.
