Creating a CP160 food item

I just noticed something I am sure is incorrect with my account. Why can i not craft CP160 food with my +CP900 character? I can do CP160 armor but not food. Any insight?

This is exactly the question. Why does my level 30 character see the food as CP160 but my CP900 character sees the food as CP150. Why is the info on CP160 available, but there is no way to reach the level. The food items states it is available for CP1600
