Load times are an issue for Programming, people specialized in the programming language(s) used to Create the game itself.
GMs are from Customer Relations... as much as I would like to say they're specialized in Nothing (okay, so I'm a programmer) they are expected to deal with Player issues.
One has nothing to do with the other, and having one try to do the job of the other... well it wouldn't be pretty.0 -
Daveon✭✭✭A system broadcast announcement went out last night in Glenumbra that GM AntiBotty would be destroying bots for half an hour, requesting tell's from players who found any bots during that time. So it is definitely an ongoing process.

Had my first experience in a public dungeon last night after you started doing these actions and I have to say it was incredibly refreshing to have ZERO botters standing around the final guy.
The 3 or 4 of us that were there were stunned to see him standing around free.
I did wait around for a while to see if anyone popped up and had the typical names, but there was nobody for at least 15 minutes. Whoo! Great job.
Now I need to check out the low level public dungeons and see what they are like.0 -

Well it is good to hear. My fiance and I did a public dungeon last night just to complete that section of the map (we were above level and so it wasn't for drops because none dropped).
We got to the boss and there were three botters and a dead player (mayhaps bot but this character did have a sensible name). The bots are getting smarter because it looked like they attempted to make some kind of name, but it was nonsense anyways. We watched for awhile to make sure and talked to each other( we sit almost side by side). These bots would kill boss and go back to their original place. Templars all three (forgive spelling). After watching for 15 minutes or so we decided to report them since it isn't hard to tell they were bots. We took screenshots (when reporting there should be a way to move camera to get a decent view on problems, but this is byside the point).
Then one disappeared. We though maybe an invis GM, until the third bot reappeared. She rose up from the ground, and took her place (this would of made a funny video). They continued to bot. So two other real players came by and we chatted with them. I stuck up the lute and fiance struck up the drum and the other two players danced as we talk. We watched the bots for another oh say 15 minutes..The last thing one of them said before we headed out to repair our gear was this really messes up the game immerision.
So we didn't get to see the GM and as of now my real e-mail isn't littered with bunches of emails from Zeni thanking us (I hope it stays that way). The mobs were level 28. But be warned some bots are trying to come up with names. And these were bots and not human players.0 -

Programmers - Fix load times, PvP systems, etc.
GMs are not programmers.

That's not what I believe makes you greedy. What makes you sound greedy is slamming other peoples' wants/desires for this game and forcing your wants on them. You act like your wants are the only ones that are important.
You not being able to group in PvP ruins your game experience. However, for someone who enjoys PvE, bots ruin their game experience. Both you and them are paying the same amount for the game and sub.
Personally, I see both as an issue that needs to be fixed because I enjoy both PvP and PvE.

5-6 bots is small potatoes. Last night in Rivenvale at Fell's Wayshrine literally hundreds came through during the 3 hours I stayed in place and reported. I went back by there this morning and they were still coming through there. It was anywhere from 1-4 spawning every 3 seconds, for hours and hours non-stop. I really wanted a GM there to see what I was seeing, and I filed over 100 reports last night. It would have been more, but they were coming in too fast to get them all
