From one weeks now (on xbox one, EU server) i take too much damage (like if i have no armor or no block) and the cost of my stamina and magicka ability is higher (on my tank and dd)

✭✭✭✭✭I can’t tell from your initial post, but if you haven’t played since the last update and your character has Champion Points, there is a completely new system for those.
You might need to reallocate your CP to get to where you were before.
