Leeching Plate not working in Blackrose Prison

Am I missing something?
It seems to work everywhere but Blackrose prison... can anyone explain whay it would not work in there?

✭I wonder if the various arena environmental sources of damage are triggering the poison cloud but then it has nowhere to spawn since the environmental damage sources are coded differently?
Also, at the time you were testing was a shield sigil active? That would’ve deflected damage thus interfering with the cloud proc.“Let your plans be dark and impenetrable as night, and when you move, fall like a thunderbolt.”0 -

On live leeching plate works everywhere, without issue (of course not in no-proc pvp), but everywhere pve, including Blackrose prison.
No shield sigil was active.
I also tested in dungeons, and in Vateshran Hollows... it works in those on PTS, just not in Blackrose prison0 -

Sounds like a bug report needs to be filled out. Use the PTS bug reporting tool.
