ok so my light attacks went from (avg/max) crit boost: 7507/10188 LA boost: 6458/10685 . This doesn't' make sense cause the LA boost is supposed to be 15% more LA damage. and yet the crit boost does better for non crit damage. I made sure the star was active and i have it with the AOE DOT direct boosters as well with Crit and LA as swaps.
How did you test this? Because there are effects that can proc and cause enemies to take more dmg, for example if you crit during off-balance on one test it might throw you off when calculating the dmg numbers.
Easiest way to test this would be to only light attack a 3m target dummy (without dealing shock dmg, no bloodthirsty or buffs that can proc) and write down the numbers for non-crits and crits.
Fill in the CP for light attack dmg and repeat the process.
i used both combat metrics and bandits UI version to see what the damage is, there is a Avg and Max that i posted for light attack damage and with the LA star its actually less than crits LA avg should be far greater than it is

wouldn't that depend entierly on how much crit you have? because make note of the fact that the LA star is likely additive but crits are PURELY multiplicative
