Hey guys,
On the patch note they mentioned that the healing proc sets like Hiti's Hearth will now tick every 2 seconds... Does that mean that the heal will be increase by 100%? Or is it still the same value and in this case it's a 50 % nerf to the set...

✭Ideed they have both been doubled in strength and thus can potentially provide the same effective Hps as live. However they do both scale off of max stats now so you much reach ~38k in either max stam or max mag in order to see this.0
