Weapon/Spell Damage Stacking - No Cp BG/Imp City
So after reading the patch notes, I see where in order for proc sets to do what they used to do you have to reach a certain level of either weapon or spell damage depending on set. My question is how will those in NO-CP enabled BG/Imp city reach that level without using sets that increase Weapon Damage/Spell Damage.
Are the days of using multiple proc sets in BGs/No-Cp Imp city done. I'm not that heavy into pvp, as I'm just really starting to explore that side of the game, but the idea of less procs in Bgs/no-cp imp city seems like a win win.
