Spam Filter Blocked Incident: 140421-022947

I have been in communication with support about not being able to receive whispers. They have identified an issue and want to take further steps to correct this for me.

I am now unable to respond to the email, I keep getting the spam filter block. None of the emails I sent have any kind of vulgar content or links or attachments or anything. The final email I sent to test was extremely short and no possible way of having blocked content.

I was in communication with Karen and finally Karl.

I'm getting spam blocked replying to support as well. Is it really possible that suddenly support has stopped receiving ANY responses and hasn't noticed?

Yeah, that's kind of a the problem with mail servers... you don't know you're not recieving mails untill you get told by someone

They know about it, several people have actually told them, on the thread I found out about it the person had phoned them, submitted a ticket and emailed their head of PR.

For those who don't know exactly, the Zenimax uses a company called Right Now Tech to handle their email service, Right Now Tech uses Spamhaus to filter out Spam, unfortunately Spamhaus considers them to be sender of Spam and so blocks any emails going through their server, which includes Zenimax's CS emails.

So in effect Zenimax is paying Right Now Tech to block any incoming emails, here's hoping they fix it soon.

Just read on another thread that inbound CS emails are no longer being bounced, so you can now reply to them.
