Every time i log off or change zone the cost of my skills goes back to 100% please fix this asap it is very annoying thanks

LjMjollnir✭✭✭Vampire Passives are lost when dying aswell.. and only way to get them back is to log out or rezone.. there is another topic on the ESO forums about it.

but yes.. its rather annoying
you dont get them back , you have to feed and wait for the timer to go back to stage 4 and when you rezone/ relog / dies you once again goes back to 100% cost
