Is the Imperial class worth playing?

(Sorry, was going to post in Game Discussion but it said I didnt have permission to post in that category. Would make too much sense I suppose...)
I have purchased the imperial edition of the game and have the ability to play with the race as well. I see in the racial box on the character creation screen that there is a bonus to "luck". Does anyone have an info on this? And, is the imperial superior in general to all other classes?

If you want to go shield and one handed, yeah it is I'd say... doing rather well as an Imperial. But it is ofcourse class based... a caster would be much better served with a race that has magickal racial benifitsThe statement "if you put enough monkeys behind enough typewriters... sooner or later one will produce the works of Shakespeare" has sadly been proven utterly wrong by the internet...0 -

✭✭I'm the paranoid type. So whenever I play any game and I have the option to put points into luck, I just picture the Devs laughing their ass off because it does not really do anything.

Ah, I see. Yeah, I have a 30ish Nord that I use primarily sword and shield. But..Im more curious on what "luck" does.0 -
Juponen✭✭✭Just go ahead and play! Sooner or later there will be "balancing" and "tweaking" anyway and all excel optimization of today may well turn out to be for nought.0
