When crystal frags instant cast procs on PTS it still doesn’t work. Just curious if it’s a known bug or it’s just me and if it is a bug will it be next week before fixed? Really like to do some tests with non pet sorc.

They also say they prefer /bug reports on the PTS, if you haven’t done that already. Doesn’t hurt to do both.1 -

I did report the bug. I’m not a “ PTS player”. My main reason for posting was to see if anyone else has the bug or just me and also to ask how often they patch the PTS server. I assume once per week but not sure.Edited by XxCaLxX on April 21, 2021 5:05AM0 -

They usually patch once each week during a PTS cycle, though last cycle they skipped the last week and had a two-week gap before the live release. I can’t remember the last time they had a hotfix or mid-week patch on PTS. (I want to say it’s happened, but I can’t remember when.) They can leave some pretty big bugs in place for longer than we might hope or expect. For example, last cycle they left the penetration bug on the PTS for weeks, despite the fact that prevented accurate dps measurements even for the devs, who missed the mark on their planned dps adjustments as a result. (I see zvavi mentioned that above too.)
Most PTS cycles follow a general pattern. First we get the initial update release, followed the next week by a smaller patch of mostly bug fixes, often for issues the devs knew about ahead of time. Then we get a somewhat bigger incremental patch addressing some feedback up through Week 1, then another smaller patch with more bug fixes reported on the PTS. If there is another patch before live, then that can include responses to feedback from Weeks 2 and 3. Live release includes any final changes and (hopefully) more bug fixes.1
