Gameplay Video
Race: Dunmer, I take advantage of the duoed stats of the racial passives making it one of the best choices for this build.
Sets: Vateshran Greatsword (Maul in sharpened is a great setup) with greatsword I'm using nirnhoned to stack wpn dmg increasing Rally in particular while maintaining high damage.
Double damage poison on 2h because I want the damage to proc on the target I'm focusing on within melee range and has the most weapon abilities slotted.
Vateshran Lightning Staff - Sharpened - Shock Damage Glyph
Shock glyph on lightning staff because of the stacked initial damage of Enchantment, Way of Fire, and Base damage.
Way of Fire x5 mix of reinforced, divines, and impenetrable. Not necessarily optimized but all of these are decent choices along with infused on bigger pieces. I don't necessarily have the means to get all of the correct traits on the correct pieces.

Malacath's Band all x3 infused weapon damage glyphs
Zaan x2
All Health Attributes
All Enchantments Health
Mundus The Serpent
Orzaga's Smoked Bear Haunch - I'm a big fan of the Max Health and stam/mag regen, the health regen is just icing on the top
5 Heavy 2 Light I feel the natural added resistance of Heavy with 2 Light Armor pieces gives me the most damage mitigation with the least amount of drawbacks. I also believe this is the highest mix to gain max health from armor passives and undaunted mettle without sacrificing anything really.
Skills: 2h Clannfear, Boundless Storm, Executioners, Rally, Dizzying Swing, and Onslaught
Lightning Staff Clannfear, Dark Conversion, Elemental Drain, Spiked Bone Shield, Ball of Lightning, Summoned Charged Atronach.
Some points:
Boundless + Ball of Lightning means no need for RAT
Clannfear is 13k TT no CP
Spiked Bone Shield 6.3k after BS
Dark Conversion + BoL great escape tools, heal, and sustain
Dizzying approx 9k tooltip pre Malacath

Man, that one is going to totally swap the meta from going health/proc and letting one mythic cover your damage to going all damage and letting one mythic cover your defense.1 -

Gaze of Sithis
Crimson x3/x5 3 body one 2h greatsword Nirnhoned
Backbar vateshran destruction staff
Warrior Poet x5
All infused spell damage glyphs
Orzaga
By my math u should be above 5k spell damage (dmg giving race)
Be above 55k health
Be approx 30k resist
That should have a 16k clannfear TT
That should have over 10k crimson
That should have same vate destruction stat
That should have approx 8k TT on something like frags (pre trigger)
