Some forgotten changes (needed because of (de)buff rebalancing)

A lot of (mostly class) abilities and sets grant (de)buffs, but since a lot of those got changed (nerfed) the skill or set itself didn't get a balance to go with it.
An example that did get changed (by accident almost) is the Slimecraw set, which now sees more use (as a 1-piece) than ever.
Yet a lot of abilities and sets got hurt really badly by the (de)buff changes and should be compensated in some way.
I guess it won't happen this patch but let's not forget about them.

Yeah I tend to agree with you. RIP many skills/sets.
But still I hope that it's still not forgotten...0
