Noticable lag/desync when 2 accounts in the same household pvp

So I have tried to take everything out of the equation. QoS, firewall, wifi vs ethernet, background apps. Whatever I've tried it. It's only in pvp. We are 100/40 nbn here in Australia with no ping spikes, it doesn't matter the time of day.
When both of us pvp at the same time, on the same connection, our skills in pvp will lag. I can be in cyrodiil or bg and it will happen as long as both of us are in some form of pvp area.
Anyone else see this?

This recent update has made me sad. Sad for the game. Sad for the community. Sad to pay whatever it is now. I want the previous eso back.

✭Still the case. More noticeable when I'm in battlegrounds. Get smashed through dodge, cloak. get jabs around the corner.
