Hey all, anyone happen to know what time the PTS patch notes drop tomorrow? Want to be the first to post a complaint thread and farm reactions discuss the changes. I've got a post typed out for every eventuality, one if Malacath/procs are finally fixed and one if they aren't, would just like to know when to expect natch potes, thanks all.
