Maintenance for the week of May 25:
• [COMPLETE] ESO Store and Account System for maintenance – May 27, 6:00AM EDT (10:00 UTC) - 4:00PM EDT (20:00 UTC)
I don't know the most but most recent one, I completed vMA
This will not sound impressive to most of you folks but I am not a PvEr myself unless I need something from a trial, dungeon etc.
So I took vMA quest last year around May, tried 1-bar pet sorc, tanky sorc etc but I was noob and it was painful
After spending so much time on it and getting to last stage, I left it there (didn't abandon quest for a year thinking that one day I would try to finish it)
Just casually walked in without preparing the other night and finished it.
What makes me so happy is that how my perception has changed.
It used to be something I'd mentally prepare myself, now it was just like getting into delve and going out.
So I turned in the quest after 11 months taking the longest time-record on earth to complete MA!!
My happiest times were after I'd just started to play the game, when I took a boat, left Morrowind, saw each of the base game zones for the first time, and went crazy traveling willy-nilly through Tamriel doing the zone quests completely out of order.
I think it's when I finally got vMoL cleared and finally got the epic Drom'Athra skin.
It's an epic skin from a fun but challenging trial. I recall I was so happy! The raid group I was in had glitches with the darned twins, so when we defeated the final boss it was party time!
We Fight For Cyrodiil.
We fight for The Daggerfall Covenant.
We fight for The Aldmeri Dominion.
We fight for The Ebonheart Pact.
We fight for Tamriel!
When housing was just released i get so excited to make my home look cool..but run out of flour for make decorations... On holydays i see the gift exchange thread so i ask people to send me all the flour they have...i will never forget the generosty if this community.I was so happy to see my mail filled with tons of flour, nice mails and even some stuff to make my home look better
When my entire team died to the last boss in a dungeon and I had to make the split second decision of trying to finish the boss alone or revive a teammate. I ended up killing the boss and completing the dungeon. I didn't even care that the guy on mic thanked the tank instead of me, I was just so proud that I managed to make the right decision under so much pressure.
PvP in the game the fist 6 months after console release.
Big fights with no lag, nobody really knowing what they were doing, utter chaos on your screen, being a noob and playing in first person for the first 3 months.
IC came out in that period too. It was super busy, no flags blocking respawns in a zone meant that there was endless fights in the arena district, stones were equal upstairs and in sewers so that saw some action too.
Doing VMA for the first time too. Hundings, agility, bloodpsawn and some random weapons lol. Back in the days when you had to do it all in one sitting!
Playing eso for the first time back in 2014, hearing the soundtrack for the first time.. made me smile.
And getting that damn worm wizard personality, I know it's not in the same level as trial trifecta achievement, but It made me smile when I realized that I can play endgame content well.
I can't pick one, playing ESO in general makes me happy. Anything from little things like picking flowers in Auridon to beating vet dungeons and trials gives me satisfaction. But most of all just chilling in Summerset, listening to the music, and fishing.
Logging in at launch for the very first time (I deliberately avoided the beta), and realising almost instantly that here was my main MMO home for years to come.
It was a stretch goal from early on and I wanted it legit no boosting etc. And getting it was hard faught with the outgoing Emp and with support of many friends I made along the way, in fact the flip wouldn't have happened without someone I helped in Craglorn years before (they were like L20 stamina staff user taking on world bosses solo and getting wiped!)
I love the karma that goes round, the friendships etc and for me that moment stands out
That and vMA first clear.

When my entire dungeon team was down except my little Bosmer stamblade and she kited and killed the boss with a bow on her own. Epic. We all still remember it to this day. That was back when Bosmer's weren't terrible. She's still good but not dungeon worthy. BTW, this was Wayrest Sewers and we were still pups. Back when the game came out. So much fun.
Back when the game first came out on PC, me and two RL friends ran Spindleclutch 1 as a three man team. We wiped so many times on the final boss, but when we were finally successful, I could not contain my excitement! It's one of the happiest memories of my time in ESO.
Blessed are those who explore the unbeaten path...
Finally topping vMA.
Hoo boy, was I proud, that day.
Also, the first time I was thanked for having good DPS felt especially good. Like a reward for all that training.
And finally, the first time I took a leading role in a dungeon, explaining the mech and telling everyone what they had to do. It was in vet blood forge, and I felt important.
Meeting my now girlfriend in ESO. I joined her guild randomly, and at the time we were both in a relationship. Four years later and here we are. All because of a random guild invite. Life can be amazing sometimes. ❤️
Game related, I remember the first time I came across a dolmen. The sky grew dark and cloudy, the horrible sound of chains screeching, then the sky opened up and enemies literally rained down from the sky.
That's when I knew this game was for me.
First time I beat vMA. I jumped off my chair and literally yelled out incoherent babble, I was so excited. Never before or since had I ever been happier to get a ice staff 😜
Then again for my first flawless. Gripped my controller so tight I could've broken it in half.
