Black screen when pressing Play

I keep getting a black screen when I press the Play button on the Launcher, I have tried ALL the troubleshooting. All requirements are mett, all drivers up to date, but the game WILL NOT PLAY. What to I need to do to make it play? I have even tried to re install, that took 4 hours but no change. HELP.
