Fluctuating penetration

Hello,

This is my first post on the forums in all these years, but after contacting support regarding my issue, they told me to report it as a "bug", so here it goes.

My nightblades penetration is acting weird, and since none of my other character are having this issue, i'd like if someone could take a look at it. Would not want to get banned for something that is out of my control, after it's being deemed an "exploit" or something. Here's a very unprofessional screenshot:

difference on screenshots is 2974 which is a value of "master assassin" passive. i'm not a nightblade and don't know how this passive works after revamp (previously it provided bonuses when you sneaking). may be you are flanking someone? those flanking skills have weird behavior (stam nb's spammable requires flanking for a stun, but still can stun you even if you standing face to face).

Wow.. i recently returned to the game, and did not even know class skills were revamped. If flanking a friendly player counts towards the passive, i guess it's possible. Anyway, sorry for wasting everyones time, but at least i am at ease now. Thanks.

the description says "Increases your Physical and Spell Penetration against enemies you are flanking by 2974.". but as i told before, flanking skills have weird behavior

I am having exactly the same problem on my nightblade, I posted on here myself, but now can't seem to find the post.

Mine drops by a similar amount, if it is the passive its a bit of daft change to make, considering when testing, I was stood still and it changes. Noone around or anything.

Hate to revive an older thread, but the question really has never been answered... the Master Assassin passive shows on your stats even though you are not flanking... Does anyone know if this is just a stat bug on the character screen, or if the passive actually works even though you are not flanking?!?
