I don't know who you're responding to, but this is not about one incident.

It is about a persistent Plague of bots. I did find 2 dungeons last night that had No bots - so maybe something is being done, or maybe they just aren't selling enough gold to keep going.... who knows.

Shame on You, for wanting to silence Paying Customers voicing legitimate concerns.

Multifold approach needed -

Ban accounts using bots

Ban accounts selling or buying gold

Change game mechanics to discourage bots - but be very sure it does not harm legitimate players - for example not getting loot from lower levels mobs is harming real players too not just bots. It is usual to go back and get perhaps crafting things you need for a lower alt. It is why you have alts so they can work as a team at things like crafting. If your higher level player is unable to gather things your alts can use then this harms the whole idea of alts and alts keep people playing longer.

Get the GMs in the game to get an idea of what is going on where and keep a watch on emergent forms of botting - because as you as you clear them one place they will pop up somewhere else in another way.
