It seems there is an issue with age gate. I tried to put in my birthday, and the server wasn't responding. I tried several times, and the site eventually blocked me entirely, everywhere, any url at the www.elderscrollsonline.com domain, with an access denied message.

It eventually came back, and I started to browse again, and after a short while it blocked me again. I now seem to be permanently banned from accessing the site...which means I cannot access my account, or anything.

What do I do to get this resolved?
