Battlegrounds just reached the lowest point of skill involved for a win, with people semi-afk only there for farming the daily XP.
How to win a match of CtR while casually sipping a cup of tea and browsing tik tok? EASY!
Swap one of your sets for Harbinger, sit in front of your relic with /sitchair on and whenever someone comes close to capture and start bashing them once on each attempt. Nothing more. Don't participate in fights, don't move from your spot, just watch your screen and intrerupt when needed. If you get attacked, remember to hold block to make sure everyone ignores you in that match and you'll get that easy win in 10 minutes.
Premades not needed, you can even be solo, no one will steal that relic from under your block dd build.

The fact that immovability potion is broken and instead of CC immunity gives you intrerupt immunity doesn't make it a solution. The moment ZO$ acknowledges this as broken it won't be a viable counter anymore. Still don't get me started on immovable pots, that's another cheesy low effort way to win in this game mode. Pop a cheap potion and run away with the relic. Makes me wonder why forward momentum doesn't work the same, it's still CC immunity, no? ^^0 -

This can be said for any game mode.... oh your just throwing gold/mats away for using expensive pots in trials/dungeons/cyrodil/ic is the leader board rewards really worth it? who actually does this..... some people enjoy different game modes.... if I want to win as many bgs as I can of course I am gonna use good potions over bad ones.... same can be said again for any game mode.... it's not always about the reward.... sometimes its just about what you as a player enjoy.... should that not be enough of a justification for using good pots?2 -

Or you can farm alchemy mats during BG queues and craft your own pots. Thus being able to provide for your personal need, while selling the extras to make a lot of gold.

Damn right. I was killing people in BG on my pve tank warden with dual wield and 2k WD, no effort. Pretty sure you can program a macro to run in circles and spam skills and you'd still have a positive k/d ratio.Edited by KashyyyK240 on April 4, 2021 1:16AM0
