System Message to report botters but how do you report?

I was just in game when a System message popped up to /w Kemel-Ze to report anyone we find botting.
How do you do that?
I tried a few things but nothing seemed to work.

You should put his full name that i supose it is: Gamemaster Kemel-Ze.

I would assume to simply whisper the name of the suspected botter to him. /w Gamemaster Kemel-Ze is what I'd suspect is correct.

I'll try "Gamemaster Kemel-Ze" or whatever next time I see the system message

Again the same thing today but whisper does not work to the GM with Gamemaster Kemel-Ze, Kemel-Ze, Kemelze, Gamemaster, System, etc..
