Character stuck in endless fall

My character on my xbox account got glitched through a wall in a delve and is now stuck constantly falling. I've tried various ways to fix this from previous posts and nothing is working. The get me unstuck command does nothing. After about 1 min of being on the character falling I get booted from the server with error 318 which states I was spamming. Need CSR help to resolve please.
