Gamemaster Sunder - do you exist?

So both my husband and I saw this system message tonight, about 10 minutes apart. It appeared in chat and across the screen, just as all system messages do,though I wasn't fast enough to screenshot it before it faded.

But there is no way to whisper to Gamemaster Sunder. Or GamemasterSunder. Or GMSunder. Or any other of the many combinations we've been trying for the last 30 mins.

Curious what we're supposed to do with this.

/w gamemaster sunder if it doesn't find his account he is logged out or turned off his whisper.

Looks like 2 people saw this particular guy, but GMs are deploying to take the fight to the bots. See this thread:

And I'd love to steer a GM to these particular bots, too. Because they aren't the obvious stationary ones. They are running laps through the dungeon. Each one takes the exact same path. They each hesitate momentarily at the same spot. So they are getting more sophisticated and it isn't as simple as posting a GM near the dungeon bosses.

I just don't know any other way to reach this GM to let him/her know their whispers are blocked. I've tried email. I'm trying here. I even tried to add 'Gamemaster Sunder' as a friend with an explanation, but the request went ignored.

Frustrating that they are soliciting player help, but not actually making themselves available.

There is a character on the NA server with that name, but it is not clear that it is from a Zenimax account.
