Mobs and NPCs are respawning in an MMO game? It must be a bug!

I went there just to check what do you mean and I saw this (video): one guy grinding there, spamming jabs while standing in place.

Nobody in their right mind would exp like that. Standing in one spot and spamming jabs on NPCs that give close to 0 exp compared to normal mobs... Skyreach or BRP grind sounds like great fun compared to that. Even if that guy AFK-farmed with bot/scripts/macros (which is very likely because you have to spam one spell only) it's just a waste of time in my opinion.

Btw poor Dominion Soldiers.
