Anyone else lagging as of 7PM 4/24?

I log on and within minutes my game lags out of the "zone". Everyone is frozen, I can't type in chat, etc. Even logging out does not work and I have to close my game client and reconnect over and over. It's really unplayable at the moment.

Is this a global issue or just me?

If you had looked on the forums a bit before posting you would in fact have seen that yes many people are experiencing several issues.
