NO Alchemy skill since update

Putting in a ticket seems totally useless because they reply with a form letter that has absolutely nothing to do with the issue. The entire skill has vanished from one of my characters. I've put in 3 bug/feedback reports, no response. I put in a ticket today and got a form letter that means nothing and doesn't apply to my issue. How can I get some help with this???
