I think, it will be a wonderful QOL improvement if we can access other toons inventory at home. This will allow easier transfer of items, upgrading items, and track your overall inventory. Why not make this another QOL feature for ESO plus? Maybe ZOS can generate more revenue with increased ESO plus subscription.

Let me add in an extra couple of words that explain why this could never happen:-I think, it will be a wonderful QOL improvement if we can access other toons inventory at home. This could be combined with the feature to place your alts into your home. So interacting with them would bring up their inventory for quick exchange.

A possible abuse of a programming error is not really an argument...

What I read is that a new feature should not be implemented because one could possible find a programming loophole. This is too generic as a counter-argument in my opinion. Fine, upgrading could get fishy, but a simple transfer of items is already possible today, just with the bank as intermediate (and this is rather tedious).

Profuse apologies, I appear to have misread the original post - I took "at home" and read it as "offline"! I thought it was an odd idea, and an even odder one to support.

Now your earlier answer makes more sense. I think (and it didn't seem unreasonable, whether or not it's technically feasible) the OP just wants to be able to pull sets from another character without logging into them just to bank stuff.
