Werewolf countdown and can't be the quest bug

A few days ago I became a werewolf for the second time. While I was in the hunting grounds on the werewolf quest, I cannot attack at all. This problem is causing me to not be able to finish the quest. I was bitten by a player this time around, but the first time I was bitten by a werewolf. I currently have sanies lupinus with a 5 day countdown. Anyone know how to fix this?

Same problem, i already made a thread about this. No replies. CSR were useless and didn't help at all.

Can players never become a werewolf again? This is messed up. Rather than ignoring consumers, they should fix their product since they are charging monthly subscriptions.

Same issue here completely, only reply i get from service ticket is that they are aware of the issue.

For those who are having problems getting the quest done a 2nd time. I respec'd today and after i did it i went and tried the quest again (with about 50 skill points left unused). i was able to light/heavy attack. Also prior to the respec i had maybe 2 skillpoints available. *** to spend 20+k to do a quest again for it, but it worked for me, hopefully this helps

So if we have not done the quest yet, the countdown means we will lose the werewolf infection?
