I notice a lot of builds not using 'Arcane Supremacy' and 'Untamed Aggression' and I can't understand why... they seem like no brainer equippable's to me. Any thoughts?

✭✭I think they clearly will benefit your dps compared to not having anything equipped. I suspect that the other blue tree slottable skills (fighting finesse, deadly aim, biting aura, thaumatuge, and backstabber) end up having a larger impact on damage but I have not tested this myself.1
