    #1 tip (Re)check your graphics settings periodically - especially resolution.

    No they will never let us who are stuck with a broken product be able to play on PC and keep our progress even if we spent alot of money [snip] :( they want us to buy everything again

    Sometimes I wonder if this is why they won't add more than 18 character slots in an MMORPG. :p
