ZOS seriously, fix such simple stuff like the Thief Mundus stone Not giving +crit chance
Why is this not even working? Such base features? Why even bother then leveling a char at all, why even care for crit chance or crit dmg or whatever when half of it doesnt work anyway?
Again: The Thief Mundus Stone does not provide +crit chance.
I have +23% crit while having The Shadow up, running to The Thief, activating it, still having +23% crit chance.
Such things are really disappointing. Fix it! Thank you.
