yes, since update, first node that I see, looks like lowest tier, but tooltip says correctly as highest tier. Loot is also correct, and every other node looks correctly too, its just first one, if it is nearby, is always wrong. Probably smth to do with cp system.

I assigned points yesterday, but still have the problem today after relogging/changing zones. It's not really a big issue though since the mats I get are the right ones. Only the visuals are wrong.

It must be caused by the skill reset and some issues with passive tracking. I have one more cosmetic bug here, which I believe is caused by the same issue (or by changes in bank and inventory indexing which also occured last patch, not sure):

Occasionally higher level alchemy and enchanting materials stored in my intentory/bank/craftbag have red tint (suggesting that I can't use that item), even thought all my toons have maxed crafting skills and can use them without any problems.
