Does anyone actually use Snakeblood in Alchemy?

How about converting the negative effects to positive effects?
Be interesting and fun..

The lack of communication from ZOS to player speaks volumes.

Certainly the most useless passive in the game.

I don't because I am able to make all the potions I need with only beneficial effects. If I'm making ravage health potion I'm drinking it to blood port, so taking the passive actually kind of goes against why I'd use such a thing.

    Good Idea!

It could reduce incoming poison damage while a potion is active, or maybe something else that doesn't involve any server calculations.

I doubt. We just didn't find a good use for it.
Soul Summons and Soul Shatter or even Dilation/Farsight look much worse imo.

Only usage is if too poor to make proper pots or to proc cost reduction new cp passive from negative effects

It's just this weird and useless holdover from the Single-Player game.

In other words, Snake Blood is ESO's appendix.

    Sometimes I drink unhealthy potions.
Let's be extremely precise in our use of terms.

Another fairly useless skill is the Persuasion perk in the Mages Guild.

The same skill in the Fighter's Guild is also fairly useless outside of RP EXCEPT that it also reduces the Stamina cost of FG abilities, which makes it useful for everyone even if they don't RP.

Mages Guild perk absolutely needs a little extra something to make it of use for non-RP'ers.

And, of course, per the OP, Snakeblood needs a complete re-work. I would love the idea of it extending your Poison duration just like Medicinal Use extends your Potion duration.

The dialogue traits are not for rp reasons. They allow you to circumvent certain parts of quests to make them more expedient. Certainly not really useful for players that have expended the need quest, but for leveling, they come in handy as a slight time saver.

Now. You cannot know what ingredients will be added later.
And even your example does not allow you to call the passive useless after looking at the prices for rare herbs.
