Mages Guild perk absolutely needs a little extra something to make it of use for non-RP'ers.
And, of course, per the OP, Snakeblood needs a complete re-work. I would love the idea of it extending your Poison duration just like Medicinal Use extends your Potion duration.

Only usage is if too poor to make proper pots or to proc cost reduction new cp passive from negative effects
